Infrastructure

We have a complete infrastructure facility from designing the garments to delivery. In-house production process includes design house, knitting, dyeing, cutting, embroidery, printing, sewing and finishing under one roof to ensure quality in every process and timely delivery.

Our state of the art production facilities of 40 sewing lines with a monthly capacity of 1.5 million fashion garments & 0.6 million pieces of Underwear.

Yarn

We source our top-quality combed Yarn from the industry leading Spinning Mills around our Facility.

Knitting

Our knitting division is equipped with advanced machines from Germany's Mayer & Cie with a monthly capacity of 100 tons could produce Cotton and Cotton blends like Polyester, Viscose, Model fabrics.

We could produce Single jersey, Single jersey with Elastane, Interlock, Brush back, Loop back, 1x1 Rib, 2x2 Rib, Waffle, Yarn dyed and Jacquard fabrics. Special finishes like Sueding, Peaching, and Raising could be done based on the customers’ requirements.

Dyeing

Our full-fledged processing and finishing unit have the ability to process both tubular and open width fabrics.

Our Processing and Finishing range is equipped with reliable and incredibly robust machineries from Fong’s – Germany with a monthly capacity of 15 tons of Cotton and Blended fabrics per day.

Heat Setting

We can proudly say India’s one & only 10 chamber Stenter finish machine from Germany’s Monfongs gives best finish for Cotton blend fabrics including double padding Dip wash, Weft straightening and 10 chamber Stenter processes to get the great finish to our knitted fabrics.

Testing Lab

In-house testing facilities:

All our fabrics and accessories are tested in our in-house and third party laboratories such as SGS, ITS and BV to make sure they’re all defects free.

Quality Policy & Standards

We are incredibly committed to upholding the highest quality standards in all our production processes to meet the global standard.

We practice the Lean manufacturing system in our production lines to increase our efficiency and at the same time to reduce the mistakes.

We are also following the Bar code manufacturing system to monitor our output efficiency every second.

Printing

Our well-equipped printing plan consists of both Manual and Automated printing machines from S-ROQ, Portugal with a capacity of 40 thousand impressions per day.

Embroidery

Modern machinery from Barudan ( Japan ) along with a highly technical work force could deliver a variety of embroidering techniques including Bridge laser, hand sequence and manual embroidery could deliver up to 10 thousand pieces per day.

Warehouse

We are having 250 tons of Fabric storing capacity & we use Toyota’s advanced pneumatic machine for handling our fabric rolls to place in our shelves by eliminating the human stress successfully.

Cutting

Our leading-edge Morgan automated cutting machine from Italy can cut up to 100 thousand pieces per day.

Sewing

Our state of art garment manufacturing facilities staffed with highly dynamic & skilled workforce working towards tailoring excellence. Our garmenting division produces a wide-range of Knitted outer wear and inner wear for a range of styles including infants, Boys, Girls, Women & Men.

We are having totally 40 sewing lines with advanced Japanese built sewing machines like Brother, Juki, Yamato, Pegasus and Kansai operated by our adept workforce help accelerate the production.

Metal Free - Airport Zone

We ensure that every garment passes through a metal detector prior to our packing, keeping in mind the safety norms to avoid the menace of a small metal particles mainly comes from sewing needles.

RFID

RFID scanning are available to track each and every single size garment with exact amount of quantities present in the packed carton with 99.9% accuracy.
