Our company

D2D International was established in the year of 2006 by visionary, young and dynamic entrepreneur Mr. Sasi. Our comprehensive and fully-integrated garment manufacturing channel includes Knitting, Dyeing, Printing, Embroidery and Garmenting with a monthly capacity of 1.5 million pcs includes our product ranges for Children’s, Ladies and Men’s.

Backed by the huge team of 1500 people, we have been able to carve a niche in industry. Their hard work, dedication, sincerity and in-depth market knowledge has placed among the known market players. R&D, Production, Quality Controllers, Tailors and also a skilled staff are the part of our big team. These professionals are trained on regular basis, so that they can keep peace with the changing market trends and business scenario.

We own a well-equipped and modern infrastructural facility, which enable us to carry out our business operations in smooth and efficient manner. In order to maintain hassle-free business operations, we have segregated entire infrastructural unit into varied departments, which are handled by the experienced staff. Machines that are used by us also sent for servicing on regular basis, so that their optimum performance is maintained in a long run.

Women have always been the driving force of life, and our goal is to reflect the same in our facility which comprises of 60% of Women Employees. Our homely hostel houses and our hygienic kitchen provides scrumptious and healthy meals to all our employees every single day. Our in-house doctor conducts regular check ups to ensure health and safety of our employees.

Production Ethic

Ethical from Start to Finish

D2D International was conceived based on fair trade and corporate social responsibility and the need to provide both quality and affordability. To meet these demands we have established strategic relationships worldwide all of which embody our fundamental values of integrity, honesty, and proper conduct and fair wages. We believe in being transparent and in “knowing” who our sources are.

Our relationships with factories are based on mutual respect, shared philosophies, and the desire for all to prosper. We maintain regular contact via Skype and schedule in-person visits to ensure our ethical checklists are being maintained. Wherever possible, certifications are sought. Most importantly we take the time to really know and understand the factories we work with – many of whom, like us, are passionate about “giving back” to their community.

Design & Development

  • Customer design team & our team in India will work on CAD, Artwork and develop through our design studio based on customer feedback and forecast.
  • Our design team will forward designs every month for customer to select.
  • Basic colors will be given during the pre commit itself.
  • Fashion Color Trend & Forecast will be given by customer for spring, summer, fall and holiday.

Certifications

Once the production process is underway, we have got random checks and periodic quality checks in every production phase. This ensures that each phase outputs quality products, and we are making lean management for the out put of the each garments. We are in the process & progress of obtaining the below certificates.
